Following Traditional Indian Hatha and Ashtanga yoga systems to connect body movements, breath and concentration that leads you towards healthier lifestyle and enhanced body-mind awareness. I apply ancient wisdom and Yogic traditions passed down from generations, paired with years of self-study (स्वाध्याय – Swadhyay) on integrating this knowledge into our modern lifestyle.
