Move towards wholeness and settle into present moment awareness and quiet the mind with a class that interweaves Yin Yoga postures and Breathwork.
In this class be introduced to ways in which the breath can be channeled to find diaphragmatic freedom, concentration and absorption. Begin to explore not just modern-day ‘breath work’ inspired by holotropic breathing and the work of Stanislav Grof, but the ancient practice of yogic pranayama.
Unlike modern day breath work classes, this class is taught in a trauma sensitive way, to ensure you feel calm and connected throughout the process.
