About the Presenter:

Fiona is skilled in facilitating both Yin and Vinyasa styles of yoga. Yin yoga is a gentle yet profound practice that focuses on the deeper connective tissues and fascia of the body, helping to release tension and improve flexibility.
Vinyasa, on the other hand, is a more dynamic and energetic practice that involves a flowing sequence of movements, which helps to cultivate strength, balance, and agility.
As a self-proclaimed philosophy nerd, Fi takes a functional and playful approach to her teaching style, incorporating elements of yoga philosophy and mindfulness into her classes. Encouraging students to explore their own unique practice and to find joy in the exploration of various asanas.
