The Big Gay Yoga Day

FOR THE LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY, THEIR FRIENDS & CHOSEN FAMILY
LGBTQ+ people are statistically more likely to experience mental health challenges then their heterosexual counterparts*. Often, queer community spaces are centered around party-culture. The Big Gay Yoga Day provides a mindful alternative for LGBTQ+ people to gather in community to explore and promote personal and spiritual wellbeing.
Come join us for a day of relaxation, self-care, and community at the Griffith Neighbourhood Centre in Canberra. This event is all about celebrating queer wellbeing, inclusivity, and of course, yoga! Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a newbie, everyone is welcome to participate.
