The “Yoga Designed For You” Private Session Program offers personalised yoga practices. Tailored to individual needs, goals, and lifestyles. Recognising that group classes may not address specific requirements related to injuries. Medical conditions, or time constraints. This program provides a customised approach to yoga.
Program Highlights:

Comprehensive Assessments: Initial evaluations to understand personal objectives and health considerations.

Two 90-minute recorded zoom sessions. Including assessments, practice and Q&A. With access to the recording for 12 months. provided for reference.

Resources such as videos, audios and written information. For the recommended practices.

Accountability Support: Tools such as practice journals. Plus the option to submit practice videos for feedback. Ensuring ongoing progress and adjustments as needed.
