YIN YOGA is different from other yoga styles.

I will show you how to mindfully bring your body into carefully supported positions, which we will hold for several minutes so you can slowly release tension and work into your deepest tissues.

This 2-hour workshop includes the theory behind Yin Yoga, self-inquiry and reflection, a curated Yin sequence, deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practice (yogic sleep) and mindfulness meditation.
